Integration's High Band Sub-GigaHertz FSK Transmitters and Receivers

Integration Associates and Component Distributors, Inc. announce a new generation low power, low data rate FSK Receiver targets the US and European 868/915MHz band market with improved cost competitiveness and enhanced performance.

The 868/915MHz High Band IA4222 and IA4322 brings with them lower cost and new features such as a deeper 48-bit FIFO, a faster XTAL startup time, and lower stand-by current consumption.
